Monika Maciejko

She started dancing as a four-year girl in Ballet School in Kraków. She started off there and took part in the annual ballet concerts in Kraków-Nowa Huta Culture Centre. In 2006, she continued her education in Dance Conservatory of Kraków, where apart from ballet, contemporary and jazz dance she learned the basics of folk and historical dances. In 2013 she graduated from Dance Conservatory and became a professional dancer.

She participated in many dance workshops (mainly contemporary dance workshops) with teachers from Poland and abroad. She took part in dance spectacle “Zapach liści” of The Art of Dance Studio, New Year’s Eve ballet spectacle “Sleeping Beauty” of Kraków Chamber Opera and Dance World Cup contests. She began her teaching career as a dance instructor on a summer camp and has been continuing it to date.
